- Add 1-2 tbsp of Pataakha’s Kairi chutney in a blender.
- Add 3-4 mint leaves in it.
- Add 1 tsp of chaat masala along with salt as per taste.
- Add some ice cubes at last in the jar and blitz.
- Serve Kairi cooler in a glass and beat the heat!
