INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add 1-2 tbsp of Pataakha’s Kairi chutney in a blender.
  • Add 3-4 mint leaves in it.
  • Add 1 tsp of chaat masala along with salt as per taste.
  • Add some ice cubes at last in the jar and blitz.
  • Serve Kairi cooler in a glass and beat the heat!
