DAHI PURI PAIRING

INGREDIENTS

  • Puri (Water balls)
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Pataakha Kairi Chutney
  • Dahi
  • Mint Coriander Chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Nylon sev

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make Dahi puri, we need to fill the puri with 1 tsp spicy potato mixture.
  • Spread 1 tsp of dahi on top of it and add 1 tsp of mint coriander chutney. 
  • Add 1 tsp of Pataakha’s Kairi Chutney with a pinch of coriander powder and red chili powder.
  • Sprinkle some thin sev on the top to make it more delicious. And voila! Your mouth-watering dahi puri is ready to be served.
