DAHI VADA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 Dal Vada
  • 1 cup plain Dahi
  • 3-4 tsp Mint Cilantro Chutney
  • 3-4 tsp Pataakha Kairi Chutney
  • Red chilli powder
  • Ground Cumin
  • Boondi/ thin Sev
  • Chopped Coriander 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Take 3 to 4 Vada and place them in a bowl. 
  • Add 1 cup of plain dahi and sprinkle ground cumin and red chili powder on top. 
  • Then, add 3-4 tsp of Pataakha’s Kairi Chutney along with mint coriander chutney. 
  • To make it crunchy, spread some boondi or sev on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
