EMA DATSHI RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Ghee or Neutral oil
  • 2 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 3-4 Green Chili
  • 1-2 tbsp Pataakha Green Chilli Blast
  • 1-2 Onion
  • Salt
  • 1 bowl grated Cheese
  • Chopped Coriander for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make Ema Datshi, heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan, and add 2 diced tomatoes, 3-4 chopped green chilies, and 2 chopped onions. 
  • Add 1-2 tbsp Pataakha’s Green Chili Blast to get the sensation of heat, salt, and 1 cup of water.
  •  Stir for a minute and add a bowl of grated cheese. Stir for 5-10 minutes until it gets cooks well. Top it up with coriander leaves before serving.
