ANDHRA CHILLI CHICKEN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Chicken
  • 1-2 tbsp Pataakha Green Chilli Blast
  • ½ tsp Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 10-15 Curry leaves
  • 2 tsp Corn flour for gravy thickening
  • Chopped Coriander 
  • Adjust salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pour some oil into a heated pan, and add curry leaves and chicken.
  • Add Pataakha’s Green Chilli Blast, salt, turmeric, soy sauce, and green chili sauce, and cook on high flame for 5-8 minutes.
  • Add water, cover, and cook chicken on a medium flame for 10-15 mins or until 95% cooked.
  • Mix corn flour in water, then add to chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes to let the gravy thicken.
  • Add a final touch to your dish by garnishing it with fresh coriander leaves.
