ALOO CHOKHA RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To make Aloo Chokha, boil 6-7 potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
  • Add 2 to 3 chopped onions and salt as per your taste
  • Add 1 tbsp mustard oil in the mashed potatoes along with chopped coriander leaf to the bowl.
  • Use 3-4 tsp of Pataakha’s Green Chilli Blast to give a taste. 
  • Mix everything well and let it rest for 5-10 minutes. Your delicious aloo chokha is now ready to be served.
