JHOL MOMOS

INGREDIENTS

  • Momos
  • 2-3 Pataakha Tadka Chilli Oil
  • 2 onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 4 green chili
  • 4 Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 5 gm sesame seeds
  • Peanuts
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Lemon
  • Coriander

INSTRUCTIONS

  • To a pan, add 2-3 tsp Pataakha’s Tadka Chilli Oil and 3 tbsp of cooking oil, add in chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, green chilli, ginger. 
  • Cook well and add water into the pan and cook till the tomatoes are mashed.
  • Add turmeric powder and some coriander leaves to the cooked vegetables. Mix well and then blend with toasted sesame seeds and peanuts.
  • Take the paste into the pan, add some water, and cook until the desired consistency is achieved and squeeze a lemon to it.    
  • Spread Jhol over momos in a bowl, then garnish with Tadka chili oil and coriander.
