INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add boiled chickpeas into a bowl.
  • Add some garnished carrot and coriander into it, mix well, and mash everything up.
  • Add 1 tbsp gram flour for binding, add 2-3 tsp Pataakha’s Tadka Chilli Oil, mix well 
  • make tikki balls and airfry/ shallow fry.
  • Place tikkis into a plate, and add chopped veggies on top, pour dahi on top. Garnish with Sev, chopped coriander
  • Spread 2 tsp of Pataakha’s Kairi Chutney, with green chutney on top for some sweet-savory taste and enjoy.
