- Stir fry the vegetables and add it in a bowl.
- Add 2 chopped tomatoes,1 cucumber, and onion for a fresh and tangy flavour.
- Crush some crackers into the bowl.
- Spread 2 tsp of hummus dip along with 3 tbsp of grated feta cheese and ½ tsp of roasted seeds.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of Pataakha’s Tadka Chilli Oil and give your salad a hint of spicy and desi.
