HUMMUS SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • Stir Fried Veggies (As per choice)
  • 2-3 tbsp Pataakha Tadka Chilli Oil
  • Chopped tomato and cucumber
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Hummus
  • 3 tbsp Feta Cheese
  • ½ tsp Roasted seeds
  • Handful Crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Stir fry the vegetables and add it in a bowl.
  • Add 2 chopped tomatoes,1 cucumber, and onion for a fresh and tangy flavour.
  • Crush some crackers into the bowl.
  • Spread 2 tsp of hummus dip along with 3 tbsp of grated feta cheese and ½ tsp of roasted seeds.
  • Add 2-3 tbsp of Pataakha’s Tadka Chilli Oil and give your salad a hint of spicy and desi.
