SCHEZWAN HUMMUS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup boiled chole(chickpeas)
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame
  • 2-3 tsp Pataakha Schezwan Dhamaka
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lime juice
  • Cumin Powder
  • Toppings(seeds/feta cheese/ sun-dried tomatoes)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add 1 cup boiled chole (chickpeas), 2 tsp tahini or toasted sesame, 1-2 tbsp olive oil, and 4 ice cubes in a blender. Blitz.
  • Add 2-3 tsp Schezwan Dhamaka as a substitute for garlic, chili, and salt. 
  • Optionally add lime juice and cumin powder. Blitz till completely smooth and creamy.
  • Garnish with your favorite toppings - capers, seeds, greens, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, or chili oil and enjoy!
