CAULIFLOWER VOLCANO CHAAT

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 200 gm Organic tofu
  • 2-3 tbsp Pataakha Kairi Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Toppings(onion/tomato/coriander)
  • Sev

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes, then brush with Pataakha’s Kairi Chutney and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes, season it with salt and pepper.
  • To prepare tofu dahi, blend 200g of organic tofu, 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp of onion powder, and add salt to taste.
  • Cover the baked cauliflower head with tofu dahi and give it the tangy sweet taste by adding 2-3 tbsp of Pataakha’s Kairi chutney.
  • Garnish it with chopped onion, tomato, coriander, and sev. Enjoy a nutritious meal!
